Biography

Helping You Find Empowerment, Confidence, and Strength

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, couples work, stressful life events, family conflict, and other moments of transition or emotional overwhelm. I strive to create a supportive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based space where clients feel seen, respected, and safe to explore their experiences. My work often focuses on helping individuals strengthen self-esteem, develop healthy boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Passionate About Connection, Understanding, and Finding A Sense of Belonging

I have a particular passion for working with adolescents who feel misunderstood, out of place, or unsure of where they belong. Many of the teens I support struggle with big emotions, identity development, or feeling disconnected from peers or family. In therapy, I aim to meet them where they are, validate their experiences, and help them build practical tools for coping, communication, and self-understanding.

Approach, Education, and Background

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and my Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida. I am also an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Therapist. My clinical approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, believing that meaningful change happens when clients feel empowered, supported, and actively involved in their healing process.
