Wise Counseling, Inc. is considered an out-of-network provider. However, our convenient client portal allows you to print out statements at your leisure – and we provide a detailed Superbill with all the pertinent CPT codes at the end of each month. Some insurance companies will then allow you to submit that for reimbursement. Check with your provider for more information about your own coverage.
We realize that your needs don’t always correspond with your bank account and strive to maintain some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Our usual and customary rates are $150.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes) for individual sessions and EMDR, and $200 per clinical hour (50 minutes) for couples sessions.
You will be notified of your upcoming appointment with reminders both 48 hours and 24 hours beforehand. You may cancel at no charge with more than 24 hours notice by calling or texting us at 941-202-3350 or emailing us at wisecounselinginc@gmail.com. Late cancellations, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full fee as we may not have adequate time to fill the space. *Please note that you also CANNOT cancel by responding the automated appointment reminders as it’s a no-reply system.
