Do you accept insurance? Wise Counseling, Inc. is considered an out-of-network provider. However, our convenient client portal allows you to print out statements at your convenience. Some insurance companies will allow you to submit for reimbursement. Check with your provider for more information.

What are the fees for your services? We realize that your needs don’t always correspond with your bank account and strive to maintain some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Our usual and customary rate is $150.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes).

What is your cancellation policy? You will be notified of your upcoming appointment with reminders both 48 hours and 24 hours beforehand. You may cancel at no charge with more than 24 hours notice by calling or texting us at 941-202-3350 or emailing us at wisecounselinginc@gmail.com. Late cancellations, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full fee as we may not have adequate time to fill the space. *Please note that you also CANNOT cancel by responding the automated appointment reminders as it’s a no-reply system.

When I try to book a session online, it appears that there are no openings in either office, why is that? In order to fulfill our obligations to existing clients, we often block out time in advance. This may be deceiving however, so it is suggested that you call or email the office directly regarding potential openings.

If the calendar is full, do you offer a waiting list option? Yes, we do. Clients will be seen in a first-come/first-serve fashion, based upon their preferred location.
