We realize that your needs don’t always correspond with your bank account and strive to maintain some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Our usual and customary rate per clinical hour (50 minutes) is: $150 for Individual Therapy – and $200 for Couples Counseling
Wise Counseling, Inc. is considered an out-of-network provider. However, our convenient client portal allows you to print out statements at your leisure – and we provide a detailed Superbill with all the pertinent CPT codes at the end of each month. Some insurance companies will then allow you to submit that for reimbursement. Check with your provider for more information about your own coverage.
You will be notified of your upcoming appointment with reminders both 48 hours and 24 hours beforehand. You may cancel at no charge with more than 24 hours notice by calling or texting us at 941-202-3350 or emailing us at wisecounselinginc@gmail.com. Late cancellations, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full fee as we may not have adequate time to fill the space. *Please note that you also CANNOT cancel by responding the automated appointment reminders as it’s a no-reply system.

Yes, we accommodate waiting list clients on a “first-come/first-served” basis. Please reach out if you’d like to be placed on the list.
With offices is both Naples and Fort Myers, all of our therapists have in-office availability, as well as offer Telehealth services. Some clients use a combination of both. We are happy to schedule either, per your request.
No, we do not. However, we can offer you a referral to several of our local prescribing partners, if needed.
